Ask about Mediation When You Call

I also offer mediation services. If you are interested in mediation, please let us know when you call.

Mediation is different from representation in that I do not provide legal advice to either party. I meet with both parties to help them work out an agreement to settle their case. Each person is encouraged to consult with a lawyer, before or during mediation, to be sure that they understand their legal rights and how the law would apply to their specific situation. As a mediator, I am a neutral person, so that I can listen to both people and work with them to reach an agreement.

Since I do not provide legal advice to either party, if you are interested in mediation, I cannot meet with you separately or get information from you about your case, before I meet with both you and your spouse. So if you want to consider mediation with me, please let us know when you call, and I can discuss mediation with you.
